For International Users

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use applicable to all users who access and use the e-commerce website and related services operated by us (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) from outside Japan.

Article 1 (Scope of Application and Definitions)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between us and all users residing outside Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) concerning the use of the Service and the purchase and sale of products through the Service.
  2. Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by other policies, guidelines, return and refund policies, shipping policies, privacy policies, and legally required disclosures based on applicable laws (including disclosures for cross-border transactions) separately established by us.
  3. In these Terms, “Users” means individuals or legal entities residing outside Japan who use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Agreement to These Terms)

Users shall be deemed to have fully understood and irrevocably agreed to these Terms by using the Service.
Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use the Service.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use and Account Management)

  1. Users shall manage their account information (including IDs, passwords, and other authentication information) at their own responsibility.
  2. Users shall not allow any third party to use their account, nor share their account with any third party, under any circumstances.
  3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to unauthorized use of account information by a third party, except in cases where such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  4. We may, without prior notice, restrict or refuse the use of the Service, the sale of products, or the delivery of products from or to certain countries or regions due to laws, export/import regulations, economic sanctions, measures imposed by governments or international organizations, or restrictions imposed by payment service providers or shipping carriers.
  5. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of the measures described in the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Formation of Sales Contracts)

  1. A sales contract for products through the Service shall be deemed formed at the time the User completes the purchase procedure and we accept such purchase.
  2. Even after the formation of a sales contract, we may cancel the contract if any of the following applies:
    ・Delivery of the product is impossible due to export/import regulations, customs duties, or customs clearance issues
    ・Fraudulent payment, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms is discovered
    ・Any other case in which we reasonably determine that the trust relationship between us and the User has been compromised
  3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of the cancellation of a contract pursuant to the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Shipping, Customs Duties, and Taxes)

  1. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, and other public charges arising from international shipping shall be borne by the User.
  2. We shall not be liable for delays in customs clearance, seizure, confiscation, or disposal of products by local authorities.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts that violate applicable laws, export/import regulations, or sanctions of any country
  • Purchases made using false information or acts of impersonation
  • Acts that infringe upon intellectual property rights of us or any third party
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 7 (Use of Content)

  1. We grant Users permission to use all text, images, videos, designs, logos, product images, product descriptions, and any other content provided through the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in connection with the use of the Service.
  2. The license granted under the preceding paragraph is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited solely to the purpose of using the Service.
  3. Users shall not use the Content for any of the following purposes without our prior written consent:
    ・Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, sale, or resale
    ・Posting or publishing on third-party e-commerce websites, marketplaces, advertisements, or social media platforms
    ・Adaptation, editing, modification, translation, or use as training data for artificial intelligence
    ・Any other use exceeding the scope of permitted use of the Service
  4. If a User loses the right to use the Service for any reason, all rights to use the Content shall immediately terminate.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service and the Content belong to us or the rightful owners.
Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or commercially exploit such intellectual property without our prior consent.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  1. We make no warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
  2. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, communication failures, international logistics delays, changes in laws, governmental measures, or actions by payment service providers, shipping carriers, or other third parties.
  3. Even if we are found liable for damages, our liability shall be limited to the total amount of the product price actually paid by the User for the relevant transaction.

Article 10 (Modification or Termination of the Service)

We may modify, add to, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result thereof.

Article 11 (Account Termination and Survival of Obligations)

  1. Users may withdraw from the Service in accordance with procedures prescribed by us.
  2. Withdrawal shall not affect any sales contracts already formed, orders already shipped or in the process of shipment, or any outstanding payment obligations existing at the time of withdrawal.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts having jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
    However, if the User is a consumer and mandatory laws provide otherwise, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
