Refund policy
This policy sets forth the conditions relating to returns and refunds for products sold by us to customers residing outside Japan.
Article 1 (Refund Eligibility)

We shall refund all or part of the purchase price received from the customer only in cases where any of the following applies:
・The product was not delivered due to reasons attributable to us
・The product has an initial defect, damage, or flaw, and we have confirmed and approved such condition
・Any other case in which we expressly approve a refund -
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we shall have no obligation to issue a refund if any of the following applies:
・The product could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer
(including, but not limited to, incorrect shipping information, non-payment of customs duties or taxes, or refusal to accept delivery)
・Damage or defects occurred as a result of the customer’s use, storage, or handling of the product
・The product has already been used
・Customs clearance delays, delivery delays, or circumstances attributable to the shipping carrier in connection with international shipping
Article 2 (Refund Requests)

Customers who wish to request a refund must contact us within 7 days after receiving the product by the method specified below.

・Product name
・Reason for requesting a return or refund -
In order to review the refund request, we may require the customer to submit photographs or other materials that allow us to confirm the condition of the product.

Any communication costs or other expenses incurred in connection with a refund request shall be borne by the customer.
Article 3 (Determination of Refund Eligibility)

Upon receipt of a refund request under the preceding article, we shall review the request within a reasonable period of time to determine whether a refund will be granted.

Once the review has been completed, we shall notify the customer of the result by a method designated by us.

In conducting the review described above, we shall not issue a refund in any of the following cases:
・The color, size, specifications, or other aspects of the product differ from the customer’s expectations or subjective impressions
・Requests based on customer convenience, such as ordering the wrong color or product
・The refund request is submitted eight (8) days or more after the product has been delivered
・The product has been used or shows signs of use
・The product shows stains, damage, scratches, odors, or other deterioration caused while in the customer’s possession
Article 4 (Refund Method and Timing)

If a refund is approved, it shall be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, in principle.

The timing of the refund shall depend on the processing period required by the relevant payment service provider after the refund has been approved.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges incurred in connection with international shipping are non-refundable.
Article 5 (Return of Products)

If we request the return of a product, the customer shall return the product by the method and within the time period specified by us.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all costs associated with international returns (including return shipping fees, customs duties, and customs clearance costs) shall be borne by the customer.

Only in cases where we determine that the return is due to reasons attributable to us may we bear the return shipping costs.
Article 6 (Product Exchanges)

We will accept exchanges only in cases where we determine that the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Exchanges requested for customer convenience (including, but not limited to, size differences, color differences, or discrepancies from expectations) are not accepted in principle.

If an exchange requires the return of the product, the customer shall comply with the return method and deadline specified by us.

Costs associated with exchanges in international shipping shall be handled as follows:
(a) Exchanges due to reasons attributable to us
We shall bear the following costs:-
Return shipping fees for the product;

Shipping fees for resending the replacement product;

Customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), import taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges incurred upon reshipment.
(b) Exchanges due to customer convenience
The customer shall bear all of the following costs:-
Return shipping fees for the product;

Shipping fees for resending the replacement product;

Customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), import taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges incurred upon reshipment.

Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred as a result of an exchange shall not be refunded by us.
Article 7 (Relationship with the Terms of Service)

This policy constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Matters not stipulated in this policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
