Shipping policy


This policy sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the international shipment of products sold by us to destinations outside Japan (hereinafter referred to as “International Shipping”).

Article 1 (Shipment of Products)

  1. If a customer purchases a product through our website or other channels, we will ship the product to the address outside Japan designated by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Shipping Address”).

  2. We may outsource all or part of the shipping operations to international carriers, customs brokers, and/or other third parties (collectively referred to as the “Carrier”).

Article 2 (Eligible Shipping Regions)

  1. We offer International Shipping to the following regions:
    ・North America
    ・Europe
    ・Asia
    ・Other countries/regions

  2. The countries/regions to which we can ship may change without prior notice.

  3. If you are unable to select your destination country/region on the checkout screen, International Shipping to that destination may not be available. If you would like to confirm whether we can ship to your destination, please contact us before placing your order.

Article 3 (Shipping Carriers)

  1. Shipments will be handled by carriers designated by us (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, international postal services, etc.)

  2. The carrier will be selected by us depending on the order details, destination country/region, logistics conditions, and other relevant factors.

Article 4 (Shipping Schedule)

  1. After the purchase and payment are completed, we will ship the product within 3 business days in principle.

  2. Shipment and/or delivery may be delayed due to any of the following circumstances:
    ・Customs procedures Local laws and regulations / import restrictions
    ・Weather, traffic conditions, congestion in international logistics
    ・Circumstances attributable to the carrier

  1. We shall not be obligated to compensate for any damages, or to refund or reduce the product price or shipping fees, even if the customer incurs damages due to delays in shipment or delivery arising from the reasons set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Estimated Delivery Time)

  1. The estimated delivery times from shipment completion to delivery completion are as follows. Please note that the following are estimates based on standard international courier services and do not guarantee any delivery date.
    ・Asia: approximately 3–7 business days
    ・North America / Europe: approximately 5-10 business days
    ・Oceania: approximately 5-10 business days
    ・Other regions: approximately 7-14 business days

  1. The estimated time from order to delivery is the sum of up to 3 business days required for shipment and the estimated delivery time set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Fees)

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), consumption tax, and any other taxes and fees imposed upon importation in connection with International Shipping shall be borne by the customer.

  2. The carrier or local authorities may request the customer to pay such taxes and fees.

  3. If the customer refuses to pay such taxes and fees, the product may be returned or disposed of, and we shall not be responsible for any such outcome.

Article 6 (Shipping Fees)

  1. Shipping fees shall be determined by us based on the destination country/region, shipping method, and the weight and size of the product.

  2. Unless we separately indicate “free shipping” or similar, international shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

  3. The actual shipping fee applied to your order is the amount displayed on the checkout screen.

Article 7 (Failure of Delivery / Returns Due to Undeliverability)

  1. If delivery cannot be completed for any of the following reasons, we may retrieve or return the product and, as necessary, cancel all or part of the relevant sales contract:
    ・Absence at the Shipping Address or long-term absence
    ・Incorrect or incomplete Shipping Address information
    ・Refusal to accept delivery
    ・Non-payment of customs duties, taxes, etc.
    ・Import restrictions or failure of customs clearance

  1. In such cases, all actual costs incurred (including, without limitation, return shipping fees, re-shipping fees, storage fees, customs duties, taxes, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

  2. Even if we provide a refund for a returned product, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.

Article 8 (Transfer of Risk)

  1. The risk of loss, damage, or delay of the product shall transfer to the customer at the time we hand over the product to the carrier.

  2. Any accident, loss, or damage occurring during transit shall be handled in accordance with the carrier’s rules and policies.

Article 9 (Delays, Loss, or Damage Attributable to the Carrier)

  1. We shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage attributable to the carrier.

  2. Any dispute or trouble arising between the customer and the carrier in connection with shipping shall be resolved by the customer at the customer’s own responsibility and expense.

Article 10 (Shipping Inquiries)

For detailed status updates regarding International Shipping (e.g., tracking information, customs clearance status, etc.), customers should, in principle, contact the carrier directly.


Article 11 (Relationship with the Terms of Service)

  1. This policy constitutes a part of our Terms of Service.

  2. Matters not stipulated in this policy shall be governed by the Terms of Service.

  3. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, this policy shall prevail.
